About Me
U.S.-trained Strategic Business Consultant, Program Leader, Business Coach, Author, and Family Development Expert with international experience spanning Germany, the United States, and Nigeria.
I bring proven success in designing and delivering leadership, entrepreneurship, and business development initiatives for business ecosystems, chambers of commerce, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. As a business consultant, I work directly with business owners to help them develop strategic thinking, improve operational effectiveness, and achieve sustainable growth. With an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, I specialize in strengthening stakeholder engagement and driving organizational growth across diverse multicultural business communities.
Beyond business consulting and coaching, I am deeply committed to advancing the field of human development and family science. Currently pursuing a PhD at Mississippi State University, my research explores critical areas including trauma and resilience across the lifespan, family dynamics, attachment and emotional regulation, and intergenerational influences. My work also examines relational decision-making and youth development.
